Around 27J

More and more healthy initiatives are popping up at schools as School District 27J enters the third year of its Healthy Schools grant. Turnberry Elementary launched the Turnberry Trail Club this week. First through fifth-grade students walk laps before and after school that add up to actual Colorado trail lengths. Students collect points for laps walked and win prizes for their grade levels. The idea of the club is to keep students active.
